If you bought Ad-Free Forever, the Heathen Bundle, or a Heathen Pro subscription on a previous device — or if you reinstalled the app — open Settings inside Heathen Speak and tap Restore Purchases. As long as you’re signed into the same Apple ID or Google account you used to buy, your purchases will come back at no extra charge.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple (iOS) or Google (Android), not by us.
If you cancel during the 7-day free trial, you will not be charged. If you cancel after the trial, you keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period.
First, try Restore Purchases in the in-app Settings. If that doesn’t work, email support@heathentees.com with your device, OS version, and the date/time of the purchase. We’ll investigate with our purchase provider.
