This Privacy Policy describes how Heathen House (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with the Heathen Speak mobile application (the “App”). Heathen Speak is published under the developer name “Heathen Apps.”
Heathen Speak is designed to respect your privacy. We do not require you to create an account to play, and the App functions on your device for gameplay purposes. We do not maintain user profiles on our servers.
The only information processed in connection with the App is:
Heathen Speak includes an optional feature that lets you submit a word or phrase to be considered for the game. If you choose to use it, we collect what you enter in that form, which may include:
Name and email are entirely optional and are only collected if you type them into the submission form. We use this information solely to review your submission, credit you if your word is used, and reply to you if needed. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell it.

The App uses the following third-party services. These services are governed by their own privacy policies, linked below.
We display banner and interstitial advertisements through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers (such as the IDFA on iOS or Advertising ID on Android), IP address, general location (derived from IP), device type, operating system version, and ad-interaction data, in order to serve and measure ads. On iOS, ad personalization is controlled by Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt; on Android, you can reset or limit your Advertising ID in your device settings.

When you make a purchase, the transaction is processed by Apple (on iOS) or Google (on Android). We do not see or store your payment details. We only receive a transaction receipt confirming the purchase.

We use RevenueCat to validate purchase receipts and manage entitlements (such as ad-free status or subscription state). RevenueCat receives an anonymous, app-generated user ID and your purchase receipt. It does not receive your name, email, or payment information.

Heathen Speak is rated 17+ and is intended for adult audiences. The App contains mature language and themes and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has used the App, please contact us at privacy@heathentees.com and we will assist as appropriate.
If you are located in the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of personal data about you, and the right to data portability. If you submitted a word along with your name or email, you can ask us to access or delete that submission at any time by contacting privacy@heathentees.com. For data processed by the third-party services listed in Section 3, requests can also be directed to those providers under their own policies.
California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell personal information for money. Some advertising activity by AdMob may be considered “sharing” under California law for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can limit this on iOS by declining tracking in the App Tracking Transparency prompt, and on Android via the Advertising ID controls in your device settings. Optional word submissions (including any name or email you provided) are kept only as long as needed to review and process them, and are deleted automatically within 90 days. You can request earlier deletion at any time by emailing privacy@heathentees.com. We do not otherwise maintain a database of users. Anonymous purchase records held by RevenueCat are retained in line with their service terms and applicable tax/accounting requirements.
We rely on Apple, Google, and RevenueCat to handle purchase data securely. No internet-connected service can be guaranteed 100% secure, but we use reputable providers and do not expand the data footprint beyond what is necessary for the App to function.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
